1. In-Person Pickup (Free)

You’re welcome to pick up your sugar glider, hedgehog, or ferret directly from our facility by scheduled appointment. This gives you the opportunity to meet your new companion, complete the required paperwork, and ask any questions before taking your pet home.

2. Ground Pet Transport

For families within driving distance, we can arrange a trusted, licensed pet transporter to deliver your pet safely to your home in a climate-controlled vehicle. Your sugar glider, hedgehog, or ferret will travel comfortably with regular care throughout the journey. Delivery pricing is based on distance and will be provided before booking.

3. Flight Nanny Service

For adopters located farther away, we can arrange for a professional flight nanny to accompany your pet in the aircraft cabin—never as cargo. You’ll receive travel updates and flight information, then meet the nanny at your local airport to welcome your new companion. Flight nanny fees are the buyer’s responsibility and will be quoted in advance.

What We Do Not Do

We never ship our sugar gliders, hedgehogs, or ferrets as cargo, through the mail, or without a trained handler. Every pet travels safely with a person, ensuring the highest level of comfort and care from departure to arrival.

  • Feeding and care instructions
  • Starter supply of the food your pet is currently eating
  • A familiar blanket or comfort item with familiar scents (when available)
  • A favorite toy or enrichment item
  • Signed purchase agreement
  • Lifetime breeder support and guidance
Travel Day Tips
  • Prepare your pet’s enclosure or habitat before arrival.
  • Have fresh food and water ready when your pet gets home.
  • Allow your pet time to adjust in a quiet, low-stress environment.
  • Limit handling during the first 24–48 hours while your new companion settles in.
  • Schedule a wellness examination with your exotic animal veterinarian within the first week after arrival.
